Refund and Returns

Returns

We understand that sometimes items are needed to be returned.  Please return all items to us, in the same condition as they were received.  This means:

-  Goods will only be accepted by Greys if they are brand new and unused.

-  If packaged, items will only be accepted if they are in reasonable condition and the packaging unbroken.

-  Goods can only be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

 

Please approve your return before you send it by emailing returns@greycompany.co.uk with your order details. 

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please contact The Grey Company Interiors within 7 days of Delivery if an item is faulty or damaged.  We may need to see the item to detect the issue or breakage.

All items are packaged and delivered in a way to prevent damages, but from time to time this can happen.

 

Refunds

Refunds must be requested.  Email returns@greycompany.co.uk with your order details.  Once approved please return your item, packaged as carefully as possible, including your returns form to the following address:

The Grey Company Interiors offer a 30 day returns policy.   The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that the returned item/s are received in a manner that makes them fit for purpose.  A full refund will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

The Grey Company Interiors gives No Warranty (and none shall be implied).  

The company shall in no circumstances be liable to the buyer for economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business or like loss. 

The company shall not be held accountable for economic acts out of their control.
